10-Day Ready

The 10-Day Ready course details the company’s expectations for the loan application process. Production members are required to take this course to learn what the company’s guidelines are for quality customer service to borrower customers. I shared a few slides to demonstrate a different style of course from the animated ones. This one was intended to look and feel more like a presentation.
